Are you a Speech Pathologist who loves working with kids and partnering closely with families? Our client is growing and looking for a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team near Curtin University - Prime location. A registered NDIS provider offering Speech, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and PBS/BSP services to children and their families in the clinic, occasionally community visits with certain clients. The Role You’ll be working with paediatric clients , supporting children with a range of communication needs. This role involves a mix of clinic-based sessions and occasional community visits, typically within a half-hour radius of the clinic. Your day-to-day will include: Conducting speech and language assessments for children Delivering 1:1 therapy sessions in the clinic Developing individualised therapy plans and goals Working collaboratively with OTs, Psychologists and PBS practitioners Coaching and educating parents, caregivers and teachers Writing clear, family-friendly reports and progress updates What’s on Offer Salary starting from $90,000 super Clinic-based caseload - occasional community component Opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team Strong focus on family-centred and holistic care Supportive leadership that values quality care and sustainable workloads Build your clinical interests (e.g. speech sound disorders, language, fluency, social communication) About You You will be a great fit if you: Hold a recognised degree in Speech Pathology NDIS, WWCC & National police clearance Have experience in paediatrics Enjoy working collaboratively with families, schools and other health professionals Bring warmth, empathy and clear communication to every session Are organised, proactive and committed to evidence-based practice Interested?
